A member of Leicestershire Police staff has pleaded guilty to two offences.
Charlie Elliott, 36, of Leicestershire, pleaded guilty at Leicester Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Tuesday 12 March) to one count of assault by beating and one count of computer misuse.
In relation to the assault, which happened in Astill Lodge Road, Leicester, Elliott was fined £230. For the computer misuse charge, where he was found to be misusing police systems on 13 December, he was fined £150.
He was also ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs, and made the subject of a restraining order.
