PC Joshua Ace

Collar number: 2988

I have been a Police Officer for over 8 years, beginning at Market Harborough, moving briefly to Loughborough and have covered Oadby and Wigston also. I joined the Uppingham Beat Team in April 2017, and am looking forward to the contrast in the work involved. My immediate previous role was held in Market Harborough where, as a Dedicated Neighbourhood Officer, I forged strong links with partner agencies and worked tirelessly to safeguard the vulnerable, reduce criminality, decrease anti-social behaviour and stop those causing harm in the community. My aim is to provide the local people of Uppingham an excellent quality of service in relation to local issues.

I look forward to meeting you when out and about on my beat.

I have been stationed in Uppingham since October 2005 and I firmly believe that my role provides an approachable and consistent daily link between the local community and police.

Sgt Darren Richardson

Collar number: 1847

I have worked with Leicestershire police since 2008. I have enjoyed a variety of different roles and challenges during my time including response policing and working within the investigation team. I am looking forward to the challenges that policing in Rutland will bring. I intend to work closely with communities and partner agencies to address the issues that are important to them.
