What we are doing:“The area of Clarendon Park over the next few weeks will be home to a wave of new Students studying in Leicester. We will be looking to promote student safety at our beat surgeries and fresher’s events at Leicester University. We will also be visiting student’s properties over the next few weeks on the area with our partner agencies and looking at fire and crime awareness and promoting respect for the community while living on the area. The beat team are also looking to promote personal safety in and around the area of Victoria Park and will be on hand to assist the community with any issues or concerns. We will be situated on the Park at the Police office situated next to the Pavilion building to deal with your concerns and be a visible point of contact. As the darker nights draw in the team will be on hand to provide residents with support on how to improve their home security. We can be contacted via our Police web site for a home visit or at our beat surgeries situated on the area.
