Your dedicated neighbourhood team

Sgt Gurpreet Mulley

Collar number: 808

I joined Leicestershire police in 2001 and have spent most of my service working as a constable in Leicester city. I have completed short attachments as a constable on neighbourhoods, local investigations and a proactive team. The majority of my service has been on response attending calls for service from the public.

Recently promoted I enjoy the challenge of working with others to solve problems. This is fundamental when trying to solve local issues that require longer term solutions.

I look forward to listening to your concerns and hope to work together to help provide reassurance and prevent crime.

PC Skingsley

Collar number: 4480

I have been a Police Officer with Leicestershire Police for 13 years and during this time, I have gained vast experience in roles within the City Centre and the surrounding rural areas. I am new to the neighbourhood policing role but am familiar with the area; having spent time at Market Harborough previously. We are completely dedicated and focused in dealing with the issues that affects our community the most. Communication is the key; ensuring that crime and the wider issues are dealt with swiftly. Please approach me and the team when you see us out in the community, should you need any assistance or advice.

I am a Police Community Support Officer covering Market Harborough and the Bowdens and joined the team in 2017.

I've woredk alongside the rest of the Market Harborough team and partner agencies to reduce/prevent crime, anti-sociable behaviour and deal with any community issues. I've now just moved to Broughton Astley beat and I look forward to the challenges and difference a more rural area will provide. I am dedicated and keen to get involved in the community so please feel free to stop and say hello if you see me around.
