I joined the Metropolitan Police in 2003 and served in a variety of roles such as CID, uniform response and as a neighbourhood officer. I joined Leicestershire Police in 2008 and spent most of my time based at Coalville. I joined the Dedicated Neighbourhood Team in February 2016 and cover a large area including Ibstock, Heather, Whitwick, Thringstone, Greenhill and the Agar Nook. I’ll be working to reduce anti-social behaviour and crime.

PC Sean Lockley

I joined the Metropolitan Police in 1993 and have always been in uniform. I joined Leicestershire Police in 2001, I have worked at Keyham Lane and for the last three and half years at Coalville. I became the Beat Officer in February 2010, I will be working to reduce anti-social behaviour in the villages and working with partnerships to reduce the fear of crime and increase the confidence of the residents in the police and provide a reassuring presence.

PCSO Tony Gallagher

I have been in the force since 2003 at the inception of the PCSO role, working in a variety of locations in the city prior to moving to North West and being the first PCSO in the area. Having stayed for 7 years I moved to be the first PCSO based at the Airport. I am now back at Coalville covering the Bardon Hill safer neighbourhood team with emphasis on the Interlink Industrial Estate, as well as Hugglescote, Ellistown and Battram. I look forward to working with Church groups, community groups, parish and local councillors to achieve community safety in the area.

PC Emma Holmes

I joined Leicestershire Police in 2010 and have been both a Special Constable and Police Community Support Officer prior to becoming a Police Officer in 2013. I have previously worked within fast paced response, a local investigation unit and more recently the Child Abuse Investigation Unit and I gained a variety of skills in each department.

I am very happy to have returned to neighbourhood policing, this time as a Police Constable and I am looking forward to engaging with the community members in my new area to find out what matters to them and work towards tackling those problems with partner agencies.

My aim as one of the local PCSO’s is to engage and work with communities in the local area to reduce crime and ASB related activities and to make residents feel safer by walking and cycling the beat. I joined the police in July 2017. I now cover the Bardon Hill beat, but focus primarily on Ibstock - Ellistown and the surrounding villages. I am regularly on patrol in the area and am always happy to stop and talk to members of the public about any issues they may have.

I joined the beat in July 2017. Whilst im on the Bardon Beat my focus will mainly be in Agar Nook, Greenhill, Whitwick and Thringstone. I have enjoyed meeting people while I am out on the beat and hope to carry on meeting and helping the people who live on and around my beat.
