Victim Satisfaction

Leicestershire Police continually assesses user satisfaction with services delivered, and is measured against national mandatory guidelines.

Victims of house burglary, violent crime, vehicle crime, racist incidents (both crime and non crime incidents), and anti-social behaviour are all surveyed.

Some victims will be exempted from being surveyed due to the distress that could be caused to the victim, (e.g. an elderly victim of a distraction burglary) and not because their views are unimportant to be heard.

The charts below show the current targets as set out within the Police and Crime Plan and the results of victim satisfaction surveys set against the targets for the periods highlighted.
