Crime Survey of England and Wales

The Crime Survey for England and Wales (formerly the British Crime Survey) asks people aged 16 and over living in households in England and Wales about their experiences of crime in the last 12 months.

Respondents are also asked to provide their attitudes to crime-related issues such as the police; criminal justice system; and their perceptions of crime and anti-social behaviour.

The chart below shows the results for Leicestershire Police from the Crime Survey of England and Wales for the period up to March 2014.
